I would recommend this company. Used them for a cleaning post-tenancy and felt it was value for money. What's The Difference Between General Cleaning and Detailed Cleaning?
General Cleaning is commonly known as housekeeping cleaning. One cleaner will be assigned for 3 or 4 hours to help you with the cleaning work.
Detailed cleaning specifically tailored for Move In/ Out Cleaning, Post Renovation and Spring Cleaning. In additional to work done for general cleaning, deep cleaning also include the cleaning of windows, window grilles, interior of wardrobes, interior of cabinets and degreasing of kitchen hood and hob. Depending on the size of the area and cleaning effort, deep cleaning package typically entails a team of 1 - 4 service crew to perfom 4 - 6 hours of cleaning.
Do I have to provide the deep cleaning materials?
No, we will provide all the required cleaning equipment and solutions for Deep Cleaning service packages.
Do I have to be at home throughout the entire deep cleaning session?
You’re not required to be at home for the entire deep cleaning session.
You’re only required to be present at the start to brief our service crews on your special requirements, if any. And, we would appreciate if you could be present 30 minutes before the end of session to inspect and provide your feedback for the cleaning before our crews leave.
Do we provide dry cleaning service for curtains?
Unfortunately, no. However we do provide steam cleaning of curtains which is effective for eliminating surface bacteria and bedbugs, children-friendly chemicals will be used.
Steam cleaning of upholstery can be done during the Detailed Cleaning service?
Yes, you may request to add-on steam cleaning service for your curtains, mattress or fabric-made furniture. Additional charges will be applied.
How do I know if the cleaning session is confirmed?
Once you have reached out to our sales representative, they will send a confirmation email to you after confirming the schedule either through email or WhatsApp.
